Part 2 of the Hex battle board article. This article will show you how to make your own elevations for your battle board. I want to start the tutorials with the basics. It really doesn't get much more basic then showing you how to make your own battle board! This battle board will make about 1,024 hexes, and that is quite a bit! The whole project will only cost you around $25 and you will have enough materials left over for the next tutorial that I am going to walk you through.
